As we approach Thanksgiving, and with the Christmas holidays in sight, I would like to share a few things that I am thankful for as the owner of Custom Windows. 2021 has been a year of unique challenges due to the pandemic and related issues affecting the entire supply chain, so there is much to be thankful for.

First, I am thankful to all of our employees and their families whose support and help have allowed us to navigate the many challenges throughout the entire Covid pandemic. Being a family-owned business, their dedication allowed Custom Windows to not only weather the challenges but overcome them and continue to provide the best possible service to our customers.
Our Customers
I am thankful to our growing family of customers who has helped us work around industrywide supply issues that have impacted everyone this year. Clear communication and working together has never been more important and our customer’s understanding and flexibility have made everyone’s efforts successful.
Our Suppliers
I am thankful to our many suppliers who have continued to provide high-quality products and, importantly, clear information to help us guide our business and customers. Many of these suppliers have been with us for years including American Window Systems, NT, Sierra Pacific, and MI, while many are new to the Custom Windows family such as Andersen, Wincore, and ProVia.
Happy Thanksgiving from Our Family to Yours
Finally, everyone at Custom Widows is thankful that we live and work in a community like Houston. Whether customers, employees, neighboring businesses, or the many people that we all interact with daily, we still marvel at the small-town, neighborly feel the fourth-largest city in the US shows us every day!
Happy Thanksgiving, and we hope you enjoy your family and friends throughout this holiday season!
