T110 Thermal Break Aluminum Window
Building on the strength and quality of our R100 window, the T110 Twinsulator combines Thermal Break technology for even higher efficiency. By separating the inner and outer portions of the frame with a dense structural polymer, this Thermal Break stops the energy and temperature flow from inside to outside that can occur in normal frames. And unlike some Thermal Break frames on the market, all parts of a Custom Windows Thermal Break frame, including the sash frames, are thermally broken!
Beyond the obvious benefits of our Thermal Break frame, we use an even stronger aluminum extrusion to ensure even more durability and longevity. While the R100 exceeds most available aluminum windows in strength, the T110, at .062”, sets the standard. And since every Custom Windows product uses, at minimum, double strength glass instead of the common but thinner single strength glass, all of the components are also heavier to handle the additional weight and provide years of service.
As with all Custom Windows, many design options are available to personalize the T110 that allow you to create the style you envision for your home. These include optional colors such as White, Bronze, Sandstone and Anodized as well as Single Hung, Double Hung, Slider, Dual Slider, Picture Windows and custom shapes.
